My order has arrived and is damaged

Although we do our best to ensure orders are delivered in perfect condition, at times damage during transit can occur. All our orders are fully insured, and we will gladly issue a replacement if yours has been damaged. 

We do ask that you take a photo of your order and email us a copy, including your order number, as soon as possible. Once our Production team have acknowledged the damage, your order will be reproduced and shipped as soon as possible.
