Question: I want to place an order, but my images are not yet ready?
Answer: Although its best to try and have your images ready, you can place an order using temporary images. You will however, need to let us know so that we can put your order on hold, until you are ready to send us the correct images. Please use the comments box in the checkout screen to let us know.
If you select our PROdirect service, its important you contact us as soon as you place your order, so that we may place your order on hold. No comment box is provided for PROdirect orders.
If you are an Australian customer, you can also select "bank deposit" as a payment method, and then drop us an email with the new images when you have them. When we have received your images and your order is ready to move into Production you can make payment, and your order will be produced with the replacement images.
