Question: Help, my order has shipped but when I click on the tracking number it says "Tracking does not exist
Answer: Our system uses an application called Aftership to track the delivery of orders. Aftership collects delivery information and feeds it to our system. Sometimes issues can occur with the collection of this data.
Order can be tracked manually by going directly to the courier tracking page:

If your order is shipped from our New Zealand factory via Worldfront - please be advised this is a non-tracked service to keep shipping costs to our customers down. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive. If your order has not arrived after 10 days we will issue a replacement.
