1. Do you offer Express shipping and what does it cost?
Yes, we do in Australia. You will be given the option at checkout to select either standard or express shipping. Express shipping is based on weight and volume and is therefore calculated based on your order.
2. Can I express post part of my order?
Unfortunately we are not able to "split" an order for postage. We recommend that if you need any items urgently, that you place a separate order for these, and select Express post at checkout.
3. How long does Express shipping take?
** Please be advised that delays are currently being experienced due to the Covid19 pandemic. Some orders are still being delivered within our usual time frames, but others are delayed. We are also experiencing production delays due to social distancing requirements on the Production floor.**
Express shipping usually takes between 1 - 3 business days. When you place an order, production can take up to 3 days. So in total, an express shipped item can take as long as 7 business days to be delivered. However, it could be delivered sooner, depending on our Production Load. Some items are known to be delivered within 3 business days of being ordered. Please remember we do not guarantee shipping time frames as we use third party couriers to deliver on our behalf.
4. What about public holidays?
Our Production team and courier companies do not operate on public holidays, so please ensure you exclude these days when trying to work out your delivery date.
5. Do you offer a money back guarantee if delivery is late?
We realize it can be exciting waiting for your parcel to arrive. Our aim is to ensure you have an enjoyable shopping experience and that you receive your order as quickly as possible. However, we can not guarantee standard nor express shipping time frames and therefore do not offer compensation with regards to late deliveries.
