Question: Help! I need to cancel my order, will I be charged for this?
Answer: It depends on what stage of production your order is at. If your order is still in the processing stage it's very easy for us to cancel and and process a refund. If your order has moved into Production, we will need to contact the Production team. If it has not been printed, yes, we can cancel at no charge. If it has been printed, we are unfortunately not able to cancel it and you will be charged the full price of the order.
