Question: I ordered a mug and canvas. Why have they shipped separately?
Answer: These products are produced in separate parts of the factory and follow unique workflows. Also, packing two different product types together can cause damage in transit as we don’t have customized packaging to allow for this. We’re not able to physically combine shipping on mixed product orders
